There are no registration fees or annual fees required for user registration.
By registering as a member with NO., you can enjoy various service benefits.
・You can use the convenient system on your My Page to check your order history, etc.
・We will inform you of the latest information on new products, campaigns, etc. via newsletter.
About orders
Please note that we do not accept orders over the phone.
If you are a member, you can check the delivery status and details of your order from "Order History" on your My Page. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service with your order number.
You can view your transaction details by clicking the link in the order confirmation email. If you require a PDF version of your statement, please feel free to contact our Customer Service.
In order to ensure our customers can use our shop with peace of mind, there are limits on the number of items and amount that can be purchased in the shopping cart. If you exceed the limits, an error message will be displayed. In that case, we ask that you adjust the number of items in your cart before proceeding.
Prices include tax. *Tax is included in the sales price.
About gifts
All ordered items will be delivered in an original "NO." jewelry case.
The product will be delivered in a cardboard box. The "Sender" column on the waybill will state "No. Distribution Center" and the "Product Name" column will state "Product Name".
*The shape and size of the jewelry case varies depending on the product.
Payment Method
・Credit card payment
Available card companies are Visa, Master, AMEX, JCB, Diners and Discover.
・Bank transfer
We accept bank transfers through our external payment provider Komoju.
Please make the payment within 14 days after completing your order. Your order will be confirmed as soon as the payment is confirmed.
The bank account number for transfers will be different for each order, so please be sure to check it again even if you have used it for a previous order.
*Please note that if payment is not made by the due date, your order will be automatically cancelled by the system.
About delivery and shipping charges
Your ordered items will be delivered by Yamato Transport.
On the shipping date, we will send you an email notifying you that your order has been shipped to the email address you registered.
For in-stock items, shipping will usually take 5-7 business days after ordering, depending on the delivery area. For pre-ordered and made-to-order items, shipping will usually take around 6 weeks.
Details: If the shipping volume is large, it may be shipped after the next business day.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends, national holidays, the year-end and New Year holidays, summer holidays, winter holidays, or other special holidays.
Your order will be delivered as soon as preparations for shipment are complete.
Please note that we may not be able to ship your order as specified for the reasons listed below.
When there is a large number of orders.
Reasons such as traffic conditions and weather at the delivery destination.
If the product is damaged or defective.
Shipping costs are free nationwide.
This is not currently supported.
You can check the delivery status of your product through Yamato Transport's package inquiry system. When checking, please have ready the package inquiry number listed in the "Product Shipping Notification" email we will send you after the product has been shipped.
If you are not at home when the product is delivered, Yamato Transport will leave a "delivery notice." Please contact the contact information listed on the delivery notice.
The delivery company will have a storage period of one week, after which the product will be returned to us.
Please note that if the package is returned to us due to you not being at home to receive it or an unknown address, we may charge you for the round-trip shipping costs.
Due to environmental conservation and privacy concerns, we are currently not including a "purchase receipt" in our orders. You can check your receipt from the confirmation page in the order completion email. If you would like a PDF receipt, please contact customer service.

About repairs and aftercare
The repair period will vary depending on the material, design, and condition of the jewelry. After checking your item, we will inform you of the required number of days individually, so please rest assured.
By paying attention to the following points during daily use, you can keep your jewelry in beautiful condition for a long time.
We recommend that you remove your jewelry when doing housework, bathing, sleeping, playing sports, etc., as it may become dirty, discolored, deformed, or damaged.
Be sure to remove the watch in high temperature places (sauna) or cold places (ski resorts) as it may cause burns or frostbite.
Be sure to remove it when entering hot springs or seawater.
After use, wipe gently with a soft cloth to prevent oils and dirt. After that, store each item in a plastic bag, pouch, or case to extend its life.
Regarding discoloration of gold: Please note that gold contains silver and copper, so it may discolor depending on the environment in which it is used.
About the material
K18YG is a type of gold alloy, specifically referring to "18k yellow gold." K is a unit of gold purity. K18 indicates that the gold content is 75%. The remaining 25% is made up of other metals such as copper and silver.
K18PG is an abbreviation for "18k pink gold" and is a type of gold alloy. 18K indicates that the gold content is 75%. The remaining 25% is mainly composed of other metals such as copper and silver.
PT950 is a type of platinum alloy that is 95% pure. PT stands for "platinum", and 950 means that the platinum content is 95%, with the remaining 5% being made up of other metals, mainly palladium and ruthenium.
PT850 is a platinum alloy with a purity of 85%. PT stands for "platinum", and 850 means that the platinum content is 85%, with the remaining 15% being made up of other metals, mainly palladium and ruthenium.
