Repair Costs

For a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, we will provide complimentary repairs in the event of any product defects.
Repair costs may vary depending on the type of repair and the condition of the item. The following information is provided as a general guideline.

  • Repair time is typically 3–4 weeks (6–7 weeks for chain extensions and item replacements). After inspecting your item, we will provide an estimated delivery time and repair cost.
  • Please note that damage resulting from use is not covered under the complimentary warranty.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping.
  • Depending on the specifications or condition of certain items, we may be unable to accept repair requests.
  • Please note that repair times may be longer than usual during extended holiday periods (such as Obon, year-end holidays, and Golden Week).

How to Request a Repair

Step 1

After contacting Customer Support, please send us photos of the areas where you would like repair or care. Kindly provide multiple images whenever possible, ensuring that the details are clearly visible.

Step 2

A member of our team will provide an estimated quote.
Please note that the final repair cost will be confirmed after inspection of the item.

Step 3

If you agree to the estimate, please send your item to the designated repair address (Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).

Step 4

After the item has been inspected at our workshop, we will provide a final quotation.

Step 5

Once the final cost has been approved and payment has been confirmed, we will proceed with the repair. Upon completion, the item will be returned to your designated address.
