If any damage or malfunction occurs during use, please feel free to contact us as we have a system in place that allows you to consult with us with confidence.
Repair costs
Free warranty: If a defect occurs in the product within 6 months from the date of purchase, we will repair it free of charge.
The cost varies depending on the repair content and the condition of the product. The following is a guideline.
Please note that we may not be able to repair your item depending on its condition and the extent of the damage.

Important Notice
- Normally it will take 3 to 4 weeks (6 to 7 weeks for chain extensions and new replacements). After checking the condition, we will inform you of the delivery time and repair costs.
- Any damage caused during use by the customer will not be covered by free repairs.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage during delivery.
- Depending on the specifications and condition of some products, we may refuse to repair them.
- If the order falls during a long holiday (Obon, New Year's, Golden Week, etc.), it will take longer than usual.
Request process
Step 1
After contacting customer support, please send us photos of the area you would like repaired or serviced. Please provide as many photos as possible that show the details.
Step 2
A representative will reply with a rough estimate.
*The actual repair cost will be determined after we inspect the item.
Step 3
If you agree with the estimate, please send the product to the designated repair center (shipping costs will be borne by the customer).
Step 4
After checking the actual item at our workshop, we will provide you with a formal quote.
Step 5
After you have agreed to the final cost and confirmed payment, we will proceed with the repairs and return the product to the specified address once the repairs are complete.
