A: Our jewelry is crafted from 18K gold, platinum, and natural gemstones. Please refer to each product page for detailed material information.
A: Ring sizing is not available.
Bracelets can be adjusted. If you wish to request a size adjustment after purchase, please contact our Customer Support team.
2. Orders & Payment
A: We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover) and bank transfer.
A: We are unable to accept cancellations or changes once an order has been confirmed. If you have placed an order in error, please contact Customer Support by email within 5 days of placing your order.
A: Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping. Please select this option at checkout.
3. Shipping
A: Orders are shipped via Yamato Transport. We offer complimentary shipping nationwide.

4. Returns & Exchanges
A: Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the case of defective items, within 5 business days of delivery. Please contact Customer Support in advance before returning any items.
A: For defective or incorrectly shipped items, return shipping costs will be covered by us. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A: If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact Customer Support within 5 business days. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
