【Mr. Kazuhiko Kawashita】

President & CEO, Quantum Inc.
With a career spanning marketing, PR, and creative production at Hakuhodo,
he joined Quantum in 2017, driving business development across industries including manufacturing, entertainment, education, and social welfare.
He has launched numerous new ventures and, since 2022, has led the company as Co-CEO during its second founding phase.
He is also an author and contributor to various web media, including the book “Kone-mochi Otosan, Kone-nashi Otosan.”

【Chiaki Aoki】

Founder, 1000 Wings
Founder of the jewelry brand CAFERING (est. 1999) and No. (launched 2024),
she serves as Representative and Creative Director for both brands.
She is also a Board Member of the Japan Jewellery Association
and author of “Platinum Motivation.”
